Fire Up! WebSeminars

Sometimes, travel is not an option. So your Fire Up! team is pleased to be able to present four WebSeminars as additional methods to learning the Fire Up! Process™.

Below is a summary of each WebSeminar program, including costs, day schedule and materials covered. Modules 3 and 4, and Modules 5 and 6 have been combined for WebSeminar programs.

Module 1: Build A Powerful Employee-focused Workplace Culture

A great workplace culture can attract and retain the best employees; an average workplace culture won’t attract the best and will send your best away. Learn the 10 components of a powerful employee-focused workplace culture, evaluate your current performance level with each component, and rank the components according to what matters to your employees. An employee-focused workplace culture helps to create a customer-focused workplace culture. Employees do great work when they feel supported, valued and important – and when that happens, they do great things for customers. It all starts with workplace culture and the leaders who create it.

Not every employee can do every job and hiring the wrong employee has an immediate negative impact on your brand, success and customer relationship. Learn the process to define the talents, strengths and unique abilities required in each job in a bias-free and effective way and how to source candidates that have the particular combination of attributes needed to be successful in each role. This program introduces a new definition of performance built around the concept of talent, the Talent Grid, Talent and Thinking Style Assessment, the Talent Matrix, how to write new powerful employment ads, and how to source talent in today’s world.
