At the end of the program, you will

- Understand the Talent Grid™, including how to use the Talent Grid™ to define job behaviors and assess job candidates.
- Be able to create a Talent Matrix (summarized core behaviors, skills and experience required) for each job in your organization.
- Create a sourcing strategy by job using the information presented on the Talent Matrix; be introduced to the Career Center concept to be added to your website to improve the quality of your candidate sourcing and ease of application process.
- Be able to craft a meaningful and efficient job ad based on the required talents, skills and experience from the Talent Matrix.
- Be introduced to the Talent-based Resume, a new and more effective resume format for today’s workplace, and how to require it from your job applicants.
- Learn how to create an effective and talented interview team capable of asking the right questions and assessing answers.
- Learn how to and practice with hosting a talent-based interview.
- Learn how to craft powerful talent-based interview questions.
