Fire Up! Your Employees Workshops
The Fire Up! Your Employees Process™ is based on the premise that success in today’s workplace is based on employee fit – in the alignment of the right abilities with the right job. This Process provides an effective step-by-step process that takes the confusion and complexity out of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and retaining fired up! or A-level employees.
Its logical and practical approach is delivered in 2 workshops that can be presented together or separately, depending on the needs of your organization. This teaching and facilitation process is a hallmark of TGZ Group’s unique approach to preparing today’s managers and leaders to be consistently extraordinary in amplifying employee engagement and performance. Our practical tools create high performing workplaces.
