Jay Forte, MS, CPC, ELI-MP, GZC-MP

Jay Forte is a business and motivational speaker, certified workplace, CEO and Life coach, author, and nationally ranked Thought Leader. As President and Founder of TGZ Group, he, along with his team, provide talent and strength-based tools to help people live extraordinary lives organizations achieve exceptional results.

He is the author of Fire Up! Your Employees and Smoke Your Competition and The Greatness Zone – Know Yourself, Find Your Fit, Transform the World. He is also the host of the weekly podcasts, Fire Up Your Employees and The Greatness Zone.

Jay writes the blogs, Life’s Too Big To Play Small, and Manage For Big Bold Results, as well as for many other workplace and life blogs including ERE.net, Human Captialist.com and Intent.com.

Jay is an adjunct professor at Lynn University, Boca Raton, FL and is the creator of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation course at the college, required of all freshmen business majors. He is the Henry Isaacson Entrepreneurial Challenge Advisor for the College.

Jay earned his undergraduate degree at Assumption College, and graduate degree from Northeastern University. He is a certified workplace, CEO and Life coach and is a certified energy leadership index master practitioner.

Jay is a highly sought-after motivational speaker who regularly speaks at SHRM conferences, community and workplace associations and at high schools and colleges.

Jay is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the National Speakers Association and the Florida Speakers Association.

When not teaching, coaching CEOs or helping people find their fit and companies attract, hire and retain A-level talent, he writes, gardens and cooks (as any good Italian) in Ft Lauderdale, FL.

Bob Keimer, MIA, GZC-MP

Bob Keimer, a previous sales executive, cofounder of a manufacturing business, Adjunct business professor at Nathan M. Bisk College of Business at Florida Institute of Technology and serial entrepreneur, is now the CEO of TGZ Group.  An avid educator and powerful speaker, Bob’s role is rarely behind the scenes. Though responsible for the daily business direction of TGZ Group, you will see Bob at the real and virtual podium for the Fire Up! and The Greatness Zone seminars, programs, coaching and events. Bob specialties are sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, business startup, business plans, customer service, human capital management and financial management. He is a certified Greatness Zone Coach.

Bob earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Columbia University.  He has served on the local board of Junior Achievement, and he is a 12-year JA volunteer at Palm Bay High School where he helps students develop and present new business ideas.  Bob is also an active, certified SCORE Business Counselor where he advises local clients on starting and growing businesses.

His hobbies include playing basketball early Saturday mornings with some fellow Florida Tech colleagues and alumni.  Bob has been married for 26 years and he has two children.  He and his wife, Liz, enjoy traveling, ballroom dancing, and spending time at the beach.

Kate Forte

Blogger and Intern

Kate Forte is a blogger and an intern with the Greatness Zone. Kate is a living, breathing product of the Greatness Zone’s concepts and principles. The Greatness Zone process helped her discover her core talents, passions and find her personal and professional fit in today’s world. As a result, she currently serves as an office coordinator and executive assistant for HelmsBriscoe, where she puts her talents to use in event planning for companies around the world.

Kate’s continued success with the Greatness Zone led to her desire to promote the concepts to help others discover their ideal career paths. Through her blog posts (in the Youth Blog) , Kate’s goal is to share her experiences, life lessons and advice to spark something in others, encouraging them to know themselves, know their world and find their fit and happiness.  She says that her unique capabilities known as “Greatness Factor” leads her to live a life that is nothing short of extraordinary.

Kate graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Tourism Development Management and certificates in Special Events as well as Convention Sales and Meeting Planning.
